Customership is the delivering of superior customer service each and every time a customer uses a product or service. It is building a long term relationship with that customer - a partnership.
So thats what it is. Every time that a customer uses your service it must be superior and better than last time. Its a state of constant improvement. And thats the only way one can bind the consumer.
In this age of competition everyone is sitting and waiting to snatch your customer away. And the customer cannot be retained by force or coercion but only by customership. Being static and stagnant in your quality of service would spell disaster. Because the world is improving, technology is improving and so are competitiors and the experience they deliver.
It not only keeps your customers with you but also works as free advertising. Because the best marketing tactic is a satisfied customer (More on this in our future posts). Neither does it cost money, neither is it complex or tough.
